Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Electric Range in Matte Black Steel has definitely raised my bar in cooking. First off, the aesthetics: the matte black steel finish just screams modern elegance in my kitchen, blending with the décor but never feeling like it's replacing it. But that's not just it; it's about functionality too. Precision knobs have been a total game-changer with this range. They offer a level of control over the cooking process that is unmatched, with precise temperature management at my fingertips. Be it simmering sauces or searing my steaks, the precision knobs ensure that my cook is perfect every single time. One of the coolest aspects of this range is its integration with the SmartThings app. Being able to control the oven from my smartphone has been incredibly convenient. Whether I'm preheating my oven on the way home from work or adjusting the temperature from the living room while entertaining guests, the SmartThings app places the power at my fingertips, literally. But it's not just about convenience; it's about efficiency, too. This range has a 6.3 cu. ft. capacity and provides ample space for all my cooking needs, whether it is a weeknight dinner for the family or a dinner party for friends. Plus, with the electric heating elements, I can depend on consistent heat distribution for a perfectly cooked meal each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a gas range user until I moved to Florida. When I moved into my house, my only option was electric. I was shopping around and came across the Bespoke line and fell in love with this range at first sight. The model was sleek with the slide in feature which I knew would look amazing with my subway tile wall. The precision knobs and updated handle that effortlessly opened the door to future cakes and meals. I knew I had to have it. When this range was delivered, it was a quick and easy process. Bye bye old ugly range that my home came with and hello Bespoke! I got the pans and ready to cook my first meal. I love the knobs and the safety feature of pressing the buttons in to turn the stove on. The burners heat up really quickly unlike my old electric range that used to take forever. Since I’m a pastry chef, I rely on using an oven a lot and the oven temperature is nice and even for a conventional oven. I opted not to get the air fryer or convection just because I feel like conventional ovens are the way to a chef’s heart. Preheating the oven is pretty quick. The first batch of cookies came out as a success. It was nice not having to use a separate oven thermometer. The temperature was spot on! I can’t wait to continue to explore my new range! Don’t miss out!

I bought this range in December 2024. I immediately had issues regulating the heat of the burners causing burnt food and ruined cookware. This is a serious safety concern considering I have two small children. I have reached out to Samsung numerous times about the concern and they’ve sent a someone to replace the faulty regulators with more faulty regulators 5 times now. Samsung’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating throughout the process as each of the visits required multiple phone calls, and request for managers that did not call back. Samsung has not taken this issue seriously, which is deeply concerning given the safety issues with the regulators. More concerning, is the fact that in each of the five visits with the technical support, there is no temperature gun used in the diagnosis of the issue. The inspection is completely visual and no temperatures or extended testing is performed. Not only is Samsung not standing by their product, but Lowe’s has also not shown any support in this process. I absolutely do not recommend this product nor would I suggest purchasing any Samsung ranges that contain the same regulators as this model. In conversation with the technical support reps , it sounds like the regulators in this model range are present in all the Samsung ranges. The level of support from Samsung has removed all confidence that I once had in this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this range arrived, it already looked like it would outperform our previous in every way. The sleek design, the smooth top, and did I mention the control panel? This model preheats to 425° within 10 minutes, whereas the model before took at least 15. It also incudes a timer where if you accidentally leave it on, once the timer ends, it will automatically shut itself off. Furthermore, it has an easy-to-use control panel, especially with preheating. Instead of pressing an up and down button to go up five degrees every press, it takes three presses to preheat to any degree. The ventilation is quality, the warming center is handy, and cooking breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening is a breeze. All in all, this model of oven is beautiful for all your cooking needs.

I'm never microwaving hot dogs again! Pizza? Sure grab the toppings and... It's already preheated? No way! This range blows my old one out of the water! Speaking of water, just a little bit cleans the whole oven in just 20 minutes with Steam Clean!

I ordered this electronic range along with several other Samsung appliances in May 2024 and sadly one of the surfaces has already stopped working. We are a small family of 3 and rarely used this range therefore I am disappointed that it has stopped working after only 4 months :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing a convection range and I was afraid I would miss the convection and functions. Boy was I mistaken. This oven is great, heats quickly and its enormous! The control panel is intuitive and easy to use. Range boils water quickly and really the only complaint I have is that the knobs once turned on will move a little if they touch clothing etc. I have connected to smart things and its a handy function to check if the oven has been left on but will also tell me when its pre-heated. Highly recommended and I would buy again.

I love the smart feature on the stove to allow me to do Wi-Fi cooking and heating and turning off the oven when I’m not around. The layout of the stove is clean. I love how it is very easy to navigate. The stove itself it’s pretty wide for what you’re getting ..so you get a lot of room to cook two different levels and heats pretty quick. I would highly recommend this .. and it’s child proof if you have curious little one.

I love that the precision knobs are pinch-then-turn so it’s more difficult for our three-year-old to turn anything on. But, if somehow she does, the SmartThings app will notify us immediately.

Gladi read the instructions because I had to let it run for an hour to burn off the residue. Once I could use the oven I was impressed with how well it cooked. I like the light on it because I can see how it's cooking. I like the Knobs that you have to press in to turn. The middle burner in the back is a warmer which is great because sometimes my daughter eats later than me. It fits perfectly in the space I had cut out for it. The dimensions that were given were perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The anti scratch surface is definitely a major plus. The is so easy to clean. Can't wait to bake some bread.
