I can say that the first one purchased had to get replaced due to a faulty rubber seal that fell apart after few washings. The new one seems ok for now but I just got it 2 weeks ago

We've had this machine and pedestal for a couple months now. It works very well. The washer combined with the ThinQ app is really nice. We like the App notifications.

We purchased this washer & dryer set about 1 month ago to replace our 11 year old failing washer. These are high tech, and very substantial machines. They are quiet with a lot of features. They are attractive plus we purchased the pedestals too.

Great washer and dryer set. Large capacity washer provides easy access for a front loader. Dryer light is great and helps to see what clothes I missed taking out! The controls were easy to use and allow for custimzstion
