Not happy that the app doesn’t connect well. Haven’t found the time to try again after an hours worth of trying. Also, dislike there is no interior light in the washer.

Love the color and appearance. Controls are easy to use. Clothes come out clean and looking great. Very happy with the purchase. A little on the loud side compared to my last LG washer so I would have given 4.5 if it were an option.

I purchased this front loader about 2 weeks ago and it is performing very well. Chose it over the Samsung brand. Horrible shopping experience at Home Depot. Lowe's made it happen!

We have had the set for a couple of months and they are great. No issues. The only bummer is that the washer does not have reversible doors. We moved and our new house is opposite from our old house so the washer opens the wrong way.
