[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Aug of 21. It wasn't installed until Jan 22. Was able to use for about a month. The gasket fell out of the door. Waiting on a repair. Right now, not impressed. Will update after repair.

We bought this washer to replace the one we had that kept breaking down on us. We researched and narrowed it down to this one. I am so far very happy with the performance of this machine. We have only had it for about a month and we are still learning all of the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice machine...great capacity and features. Plenty of options to customize the load to what you need, or just let it do it for you! If you use the app you can get alert for when it finishes...almost a must a the signal sound is extremely weak and you won't hear it if you not already in front of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this about 2 months and many loads. Replaced 13 year old LG washer. Only thing I don't like is the AI, it tends to shorten loads and some cloths, particularly cotton workout items do not get totally clean. Turbo Wash is nice addition and with AI for not soe dirty items is OK. AI can be turned off by selecting highest soil level but wash cycle is very long. I don't mind that as long as cloths get clean. Hopefully a firmware update will allow better disable of AI. Even so, a great quiet machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a little over a month and so far I'm very pleased. I love the color, the control panel, the height, and the storage underneath. I know there are features I won't ever use, like "Bright Whites" and "Delay Wash" but I do like that there's the "Tub Clean" feature, which is running now. The tub is huge, so it easily accommodates loads, which I'm sure is extremely helpful for large families, there's just 2 of us and 2 dogs. But, I must say, I can clean the dog's bedding, towels, etc. in fewer loads then I used to have to run. I'm also very pleased with how much water is removed during the spin cycle, such a complete difference from my old machine. It makes a huge difference when trying to dry towels. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now, clothes are clean, the spin cycle takes almost all the water out (which saves on dry times), and the notification features are so nice letting me know when the cycle is done! I bought the matching dryer as well, so having a brand new set, that works efficiently is something I haven't had in years! I am looking forward to years of great service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the cycles are not clear. In the instruction manual needs to be written more clearly. For example, Steam and Allergiene mean? Also, it needs too much maintenance. I never know if I have dried it sufficiently.
