[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my washer just over 2 weeks ago when we moved into a new house. I've done at least 10 loads already myself and my clothes have never been cleaner. Pet hair actually removed, bedding is more comfortable, very happy.

It's very simple to use and I love having all my LG appliances synced with the app for timely notifications (cycle complete, etc.).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer a couple of weeks ago. Clothes and towels come out clean! I have some dry clean only and used the steam feature. I did each dress separately that came out perfect. I put the LG app on my phone and set up was easy. Let’s me know stuff is done I can pause it and there’s a bunch of wash settings to use. I don’t have any wool clothing but there’s a setting for it. No regrets at all.

I had to have the first one delivered be replaced with another machine since the original didn't take the product that was inserted into the tray. No sure why, I followed the directions and only filled maybe 1/2 or 3/4 to the max line. Got the new washer and all works just as I was using the other so it really was the machine, not the user. Removing one and a half star because on these new machines, you have to mix the fabric softer with warm water before adding it. Really? I have a small laundry area without a sink and so I have to go the kitchen each time to do a load of laundry to mix product with warm water. I ended up getting one of the nicer water bottles, filling just shy half way and then adding warm water to it. I shake the bottle and then add in the product. Seems like a needless task but talking to the LG rep, its the only way it won't clog up the machine. I use laundry detergent tabs so I can't speak to how that product works by adding liquid or power. As for the other half star I took off, that's because I still can't get the machine to connect to the app. Since that is a selling point and "feature", I'm annoyed by that as well. I will keep trying and maybe call an LG rep to see if they can help. Everything else in the house like smart plugs and whatnot are all connected and programed so I don't believe its a fail by me.

I bought this a before labor day (9/3) directly from LG. If you dont have time to wait, I dont recommend that route. The delivery date was stated 9/20. However, that is the delivery date to a third party that will deliver it to you house. Very misleading! I had to wait an additional 2 weeks (10/11) to receive my new appliances. I have now had this washer for a bit. I am very pleased. The washer itself is great. It has an abundance of features. Like Wi-fi it is neat that i can get a notification that my cloths are done.

Great features, great power. TurboWash 360° Technology helps cleaning all clothes in less time. Tempered Glass Door helps avoid scratches and cracks , we had in diff brand. Built-In Intelligence (AI) new world. NO NEED TO WORRY about for long now. We purchased this in Feb for new home, this unit is really silent and good in execution. we love it. we already recommended to our friends and one of them already bought by changing their mind from different brand to this one.

I'm reasonably happy with this washer. Cleans the clothes well it seems. But, I had high hopes for the wifi feature where you would get notified that the washer has completed. It works once every 4 or 5 washes. I can always view the status in their app, so I know it is on wifi, but it rarely sends the notice. And the monthly usage summary from LG is worthless because they have maybe a quarter or less of my usage. So as long as you don't depend on the connected features it's a decent washer. The matching dryer is much more reliable on notifications.

We bought this just a few weeks ago to replace another washer that was over 10 years old. The cost to replace it was over half of a new washer so we decided to buy new rather fix old. I have to say I'm quite impressed with the features. We've really come to like the towel setting and especially the sanitary wash. The turbo wash also really does a nice job getting clothes clean. I was a little skeptical about the Wi-Fi functionality but I'm actually starting to like it. It lets me know when the cycle is done and how much time is left. I've even put the clothes and detergent in and set it for remote start. Then, about an hour before I leave work, I remotely start it so it's done when I get home. Now, if I could only purchase the matching dryer ...

I have only had a chance to run a couple of loads through it, but so far, so good. It's pretty quiet, and does a good job sensing the load and working out the spin with heavy towels so that it doesn't shake all over the place. The one issue I had is that I have a value that shuts off the water to both lines at the same time. Every once in a while, I forget to open it before starting the washer. I did that on the second load, and it was a much bigger deal getting the washer to recognize that water was now available than it should have been. I had to shut it off multiple times to get it to reset and being the load anew. There should be a way to push a button that tells it, "My bad. The water's available now."
