The first week moving in, I had family members here to help with unpacking and organizing. I did laundry almost everyday for the first 10 days. Love ❤️ my front load washer, it is easy to use, has large capacity and cleans wonderfully. The wifi notifies me when the laundry is complete, so it is a no Brainer. THANKS LG

My only issue is that you need to leave the door open when done washing your clothes to allow the washer to dry out. Probably not a big deal but I haven't gotten used to it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the WM4000HWA Washer 3 weeks ago. This was to replace my 15 year old LG washer that bit the dust. I did my research on Consumer Reports and found that this model had an excellent review and was on the top of their recommended products. I really like the Turbo wash component and feel it does a great job getting my clothes clean. It's a very quiet machine in comparison to my last model. I also like the wifi connectivity of the machine. It notifies me when the cycle is over and takes the worry out of "forgetting about" that load of laundry. I can confirm the recommendations of Consumer Reports and consider this washer to be a great value.

So far, no negative issues.The resulting wash is so clean and smelling pleasant. Compared to my old washer, this LG washer is of high quality. I really recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it. Except, not sure if it's a front load thing or what, but almost every load I have to look for what I call is hair balls. Somewhere in the load is a little pile of hair that I have to find before putting in the dryer. Still beats the problems with my old unit. Going to have to get the pedestals. I'm 64 and disabled and if I don't get them soon, my back is going to snap. That's an expensive addition and I get it. Don't like it, but I get it. If you "need" it PAY for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer (and dryer) to replace my 15 year old Bosch units. So far, we have been very impressed with how quiet and efficient these units are! The interface appeared to be a bit complex at first but leveraging the built-in programs proved to be very easy and washed our clothes and towels very well. The spin cycle is amazing as the clothes come out pretty wrung out, making drying even more efficient.

Had this machine for over a month now and still can’t figure out what it’s doing. It just does it’s own thing completely (AI) and I don’t care for it. I thought it would be a good fit for my family with the reviews I read, but it’s way too sensitive. I should have went with a simpler machine. I miss my old LG, it had a water plus feature that I used regularly and it made a huge difference in how clean my clothes came out. I have washed the same clothes and have used the same detergents in this new machine as my old one and my clothes don’t come out nearly as clean as they used to. Another issue is, you only have a small window of time to pause it and add items otherwise you are locked out. Better make sure all the clothes pockets are empty and you don’t have anything of importance in said clothes by accident, because you will not be able to retrieve it once it’s locked. There are a number of things about this machine that I don’t like, but basically I feel I have no operating authority over this machine and now I have to try and make the best of it. 🤷‍♀️

The cycles aren't as long as other front loaders which is a plus and the whole wifi thing is pretty neat...I'm satisfied with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old GE Profile washer and dryer set with the LG turbo wash 360 steam washer and dryer and holy moly- what an upgrade!! My clothes are coming our incredibly clean and dewrinkled - I wish we would have gotten them years ago! We did our research on consumer reports and LG outshined GE and Samsung ! So glad we went with this washer and dryer set!

We love the turbo option that washes in half the time with excellent cleaning results. We were so happy that there wasn’t a supply chain shortage of this LG washer.
