Easy to use

Terrible experience with Sam's Club. It took 3 different appointments and delivery crews to deliver and install this washer and dryer. Once it was finally installed, it was installed incorrectly which resulted in extensive water damage to my home.

The water lines were not attached properly which caused a large amount of water to spray uncontrolled throughout the room. It was so much water that it leaked through the floor and through the ceiling into the room beneath the washer and dryer.

Now I still don't have the washer and dryer installed and have to contend with extensive water damage and insurance claims.

Don't buy from Sam's Club. Terrible experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a month to write this, and have been using this washer every day. We love it. It has the same footprint as our other washer, but seems twice as big.  It's quiet, washes very well, intuitive controls, what more could you ask for? I'm not using the Wi-Fi app, so no comment on that.  But very happy that we bought this washer.
