The washer works well however the door is not reversible which is strange considering the matching dryer - DLEX4000W DOES have a reversible door.

Works like a charm

I love my machine! It’s quiet & efficient. It’s full size and the clothing comes out clean and unwrinkled

It does a great job.

Terrible experience with Sam's Club. It took 3 different appointments and delivery crews to deliver and install this washer and dryer. Once it was finally installed, it was installed incorrectly which resulted in extensive water damage to my home.

The water lines were not attached properly which caused a large amount of water to spray uncontrolled throughout the room. It was so much water that it leaked through the floor and through the ceiling into the room beneath the washer and dryer.

Now I still don't have the washer and dryer installed and have to contend with extensive water damage and insurance claims.

Don't buy from Sam's Club. Terrible experience.

We recently moved to a new house and bought this as an upgrade from our old set. We had the older model of this same line and loved them so we just bought the new version. Very easy to use, does a great job with cleaning, plenty of features without being too much. Definitely recommend.
