We had to have 3 service calls in the first month we had it. Each time we were told it was something different causing the washer to not drain. It appears to be working correctly now but time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this product for about one week. I am pleased with the features and choices, but I've noticed that the regular cycle does not clean makeup off as well as my previous 15-year old model.

This washer does a good job however it would be nice to have better operating instructions especially for the steam feature which is unique to this washer. Also, it is nice to have to have the many wash options available to me.
