I thought I had good knives till I received these. I’ve always struggled to cut tomatoes. I’ve tried many different knives and they just made a squishy mess. I just assumed all knives just couldn’t cut tomatoes perfectly. I cut a tomato that was already too ripe and it cut it perfectly. No squishy mess. I love the block it keeps them organized and sharpened. It’s also sharp looking. I get compliments all the time. The quality is excellent. german steel, which I like since I have broken several knives in half. There is also a wide range of knives. The serrated one slices through bread without tearing. I love to cook so these are going to make cutting much faster and easier. I wish I had these years ago. My daughters love to cook so I will be purchasing these for them. These will make great house warming or bridal gifts. The only thing is to be careful when washing them, there extremely sharp.

Appear to be near commercial grade knives. Maybe takes up a little too much room for kitchens in average home. We haven't used them enough yet to tell if they will keep their edge. Seem to be heavy duty. Don't know if a master chef would use them, but certainly a corner diner in mid-sized city would find them useful. Price was good too. This was a present for my wife, she asked for a new knife set. The funny part is our 17 y/o granddaughter and I do most of the cooking right now. Maybe my wife plans to get back in the kitchen in 2024. She has some really cool recipes.

This such a nice high quality knife set. It has a built in knife sharpener which my husband loves. It is about the same size as my old knife block set so it fits perfectly in the same spot. They cut so smoothly.

Love this knife set! The knives are full tang, very very sharp with a nice weight to them. They are very easy to use and make it so nice to slice up almost anything. Had a mismatched set of Henckels that I had been using for years and finally decided to splurge on a complete set. I am really glad I did.

I love these knives. They are very sharp. I like that they get sharpened every time that you take them out to use them. I like that handles are easy to grip. The block that holds the knives is slender. The kitchen scissors are nice and don’t hurt when using them. I also like that the block has the names of the knives so you know what you are using.

This is a great knife set! Have had these for a month now and they are a good weight and super sharp. They cut through raw meat and veggies easy. Not quite like butter but for the price range is great! . The only thing I can complain about is you have to dry them immediately after washing. They rust pretty easy, so try to dry as soon as possible!
