This is a beautiful set of knives! We have struggled with knives that stay sharp for a few months then go quickly dull. This set has built in sharpening so every time you put the knife back into its slot it is getting sharpened. They have a nice weight to them and the block is beautiful and sleek design. I haven’t had a block on my counter due to the aesthetics but this one looks modern and clean so I’m fine with it staying on the counter top.

Absolutely in love with these knives! I cut a lot of meat...and these knives cut right thu with a clean cut. The knive sharpener inside the block is super genius. I will definitely be giving this a gift.

This knife set is pretty amazing. It looks great on my counter and has a good selection of different types of knives. My husband is thrilled. He says they are the sharpest knives we have ever owned. I highly recommend this set if you are looking to purchase a new knife set.

Normally I would hold back from a “modern take” on a timeless tool like a full tang knife. But I’ve always wanted a Henckels knife set and now that time is short day to day seems the integrated knife sharpener seemed like something to try. The handles feel really good in hand, the texture is nice for gripping with wet hands, and the blades are sharp out of the box. The steak knives are very nice. I’m sure to maintain razor sharp edges, you will need a stone on occasion, however, pulling through the integrated sharpener has to help! I recommend trying these if you don’t like sharpening knives or are shorter on free time.

These knives are so amazing!! They have been working great for everything I have tried to cut with them! I have heard this band is good, so when I saw them I knew I wanted to try them!! And they have not disappointed at all! Great addition to any kitchen! I also love that they stay sharp with the block.

I absolutely love my new Henckels Diamond 13 piece set that I recently received. It not only looks great it cuts great. I do a lot of cooking and this set of knives has quickly become my absolute favorite. The set looks classy and very fancy. The steak knives are restaurant quality. The best part is that the set is self sharpening so I don’t need to worry about the ser becoming dull and having to replace any time soon. I would highly recommend.

This is the nicest knife set I've had the pleasure of using! It includes: Chef, Parer, Santoku, Bread, Serrated Utility, (6) steak knives and a pair of shears. Solid, sturdy, feels great in your hand, and cuts amazingly. They will last a lifetime. These cut easily and everything cuts like butter. They cut meat, veggies including tomatoes, and fruit. They make meal prep easy. All the knives came individually wrapped, the blade was wrapped in cardboard and the entire knife then was in a recyclable bag. Be careful getting them out these bad boys are sharp. The knife block is black with a stainless steel face on where the knives go, the steak knives portion has a black face. The block stores them all conveniently on the countertop, making it easy to grab what you want. Mines next to the stove and cutting board, ready for the next prep time. The block sharpens the chef, parer, and santoku knives as you slide them in or out. The only drawback with the block is how deep it is. It was twice as deep as my previous block and sits further out onto the countertop because of it. I would highly recommend this set.

I thought I had good knives till I received these. I’ve always struggled to cut tomatoes. I’ve tried many different knives and they just made a squishy mess. I just assumed all knives just couldn’t cut tomatoes perfectly. I cut a tomato that was already too ripe and it cut it perfectly. No squishy mess. I love the block it keeps them organized and sharpened. It’s also sharp looking. I get compliments all the time. The quality is excellent. german steel, which I like since I have broken several knives in half. There is also a wide range of knives. The serrated one slices through bread without tearing. I love to cook so these are going to make cutting much faster and easier. I wish I had these years ago. My daughters love to cook so I will be purchasing these for them. These will make great house warming or bridal gifts. The only thing is to be careful when washing them, there extremely sharp.

Appear to be near commercial grade knives. Maybe takes up a little too much room for kitchens in average home. We haven't used them enough yet to tell if they will keep their edge. Seem to be heavy duty. Don't know if a master chef would use them, but certainly a corner diner in mid-sized city would find them useful. Price was good too. This was a present for my wife, she asked for a new knife set. The funny part is our 17 y/o granddaughter and I do most of the cooking right now. Maybe my wife plans to get back in the kitchen in 2024. She has some really cool recipes.

Product received was damaged, online order. Customer service gal would not let me exchange item in house for another. She said I would have to pay in store price and could not honor online price!?. Obviously wasn’t going to keep damaged item so I returned it.
