I have had this microwave for less than year. It has quit working three times. I'm going on 3 weeks this time without a working microwave because of an SE error. The part has not been shipped from Samsung. Samsung warranty service is horrific. There is zero communications. I took a day off of work for an appointment. No one showed up, so I called and they had made a different appointment. This happened twice. I bought two Samsung stoves and refrigerators 18 months ago and. I wish I could return them. Don't buy SAMSUNG appliances. I own rental properties and never have an issue with parts and repairs on other major brands, such as Whirlpool and GE.

Initially, we noticed some heating inconsistencies—items weren’t warming up in the usual amount of time. Fortunately, that issue seemed to resolve on its own after a while. More recently, we’ve run into a new problem: the digital display has started acting up. It flashes randomly, starts and stops on its own, and seems to have a mind of its own. I’ve uploaded a video to show what’s happening. Overall, we’re somewhat satisfied with the microwave’s performance when it works properly, but it’s disappointing to be facing issues like this so soon. I’d really prefer not to go through the hassle of a replacement or repair this early on, but it’s likely going to be necessary. Cheers.

Its matte black steel finish adds a modern touch to any kitchen. I did not know it was going to be this huge upgrade.It take up more space then my previous microwave I nerve see a large microwave like this . I love being able to utilize Alexia to turn on ventilation and lighting on the microwave. Including multiple cooking presets for different types of food, allowing you to easily prepare meals with just the touch of a button. You cannot see any fingerprints. The microwave heats food quickly and evenly, ensuring that your meals are cooked to perfection every time. I do like the SmartThings app as I have all my Samsung appliances on it and can easily monitor them and operate them. It updates the time and features with ease. You will nerve say microwave the same way again. My whole kitchen is Samsung I just need the oven now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very professional and clean microwave. Has a very nice bright white LED light on the bottom to light up your stove top on a cloud day. The inside is the classic blue color that matches the new Samsung wall ovens, which is a major change from the standard white interior most of us are used to from a microwave. The all glass front makes your kitchen look more custom and get lots of questions from your friends and family. The built-in Wi-Fi allows for clock synchronization so no more having to reset the clock when the power glitches. Just an overall solid microwave. So far, the food has been cooking great, not over cooked, not under cooked. Inside the door, there is a nice cheat sheet that explains how long to cook certain types of foods for the perfect temperature and taste. And the Samsung Mobile App, well, it messages you when the food has been cooked completely which is a great feature when you're busy and running around the house. Well done Samsung.

My favorite feature is using the app to turn on and off the light. It also works great. No problems with it. Will definitely continue to use the Samsung brand in the future. Get this microwave and you can’t go wrong. The SmartThings App is really cool. I love being able to do things from a distance, Like shutting off the fan and light. The capacity of the Microwave is perfect size for a large meal. The Sensor cook is a cool feature to avoid having to turn it on several times or avoid overheating. The voice control works great! I can’t wait to try all the other features .

The matte black steel finish is a major upgrade from my old, ancient microwave. Plus, there's no bulky handle to break off when I'm reheating mac and cheese for the third time in a day. But what really matters is how it functions. The large capacity is a lifesaver – finally, casserole dishes fit without a fight! The large turntable ensures even heating, no more lukewarm burritos. The coolest feature, though? SmartThings app integration! No more hovering by the microwave, wondering if my nuggets are about to explode. My phone dings to let me know when dinner's done. Genius! The only downside? The buttons aren't lit up at night. So yeah, gotta keep a nightlight nearby for those late-night microwave adventures. Overall, this microwave is a winner. It looks good, heats evenly, and has some cool smart features (minus the nightlight issue). If you're a busy parent who needs a little sanity saver in the kitchen, this might be the microwave for you.
