Not knowing what else to do, I decided to try medication, and used these Bayer Back & Body pills one night before sleeping - Within just a few minutes of taking them I could already feel the pain subsiding, and I got my first full night of sleep in about a week that night. I continued taking these whenever I had pain flair up, and they were continually as effective as that first time, until my back healed up.
