[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always trusted Bayer. They have been around for a long time and have a good reputation. My job is very strenuous and often leaves me with aches and pains, especially in my back. This formula worked perfectly. I felt relief in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it did keep me awake. I believe I couldn't sleep because of the caffeine in it. This would be perfect for during my shift, but never before bed. It's easy to swallow and effective, so I'd definitely recommend it. Just don't take it at night!

We have trusted bear to provide him aspirins and other pain medication and now we are so thankful that we can now get back and body pain killers as well. Love this.

And it took quite a while for the little bit of relief I finally ended up getting. They are very average pain killers in my opinion.

As someone who has had back problems for as long as I can remember (I am just 25 but had an injury when I was young) I had high hopes for this product. I waited until I had a day that my back was a little worse than normal to try it. It did take away most of the pain but obviously did not fix it completely. I think it is functional but not sure how much of an advantage this product would have over just normal aspirin. I would take it if given it but not sure I would purchase it over a more generic remedy in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Bayer aspirin for back and body and it works about as well as any other over the counter aspirin or pain relief. I didn't notice a big difference in my pain level nor did I notice much of a targeted pain relief. This is not to say it isn't a good product. Bayer is probably my favorite over the counter aspirin brand but due to the specifics of the product for me it's average.

These take care of relatively severe pain rather quickly for me. Definitely something worth keeping in the medicine cabinet just in case.

Aspirin often upsets my stomach, but not these. These caplets are easy to take and digest. They don’t irritate or upset my stomach at all. They offer quick relief. I always have them on hand and would highly recommend them.

After a long day I took one of the medicine and my back was relieved within 10 minutes. It's a lifesaver and a relief to be able to get back to normal function.
