[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is always complaining about his back hurting, so when I received these and he came home from work hurting, I told him to try these and see how they do. He did and shortly later he said he felt better. He went bike riding around the neighborhood and when he got back he said he still felt great. This says it 500 mg of aspirin and 32.5 mg caffeine and to take 2 tablets every 6 hours, so total of 1,000 mg of aspirin. I work as a medication aid and I'm not sure if I ever given more than 325mg and most just take 81. I'm also the type of person that don't take medicine unless really, really need to. I would say to be cautious taking these and not to take them excessively or ask your doctor what he thinks is OK for you to take.

With that being said, this product arrived just as I was starting to do some remodeling work in my house and it was a godsend! Definitely helped alleviate pain and I could tell a difference when I did not take the medication after painting and laying flooring.

Then, I started prepping my summer camp program and working 60+ hour weeks half staring at a computer screen. I am a teacher and do not often spend much time in a chair at work let alone at a computer in a chair. I was getting sore all over! This product worked like a charm to ease my soreness and muscle tension after a long day.

They really have made an impact in terms of the days where my back isn’t feeling too well. I generally only consume aspirin products when my body is hurting but this combination with the caffeine really makes a significant impact!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this stuff for a headache and it absolutely did nothing. I know it is not headache medicine, but it does say "back and body". Maybe i needed to take more? I know when i took this stuff before for my severe back pain, it worked great.
