I don’t think I will use it as it has caffeine in it and I try to watch my caffeine intake.

It didn't take a long time to kick in, made me feel relaxed and pain free. I took the pills after I ate something didn't want to take on an empty stomach. I'm not sure how these work for a stronger pain though since my pain level was mild and not from an injury.

My wife works as a waitress and spends 8+ hours on her feet some days which takes a toll on her. She has been taking these pain relievers to help with her pain and it has been a great help for her. She is no longer struggling to get through her shift in pain. These are 500mg extra strength to give your body the relief it needs fast. These caplets also contain caffeine which is also great fast pain relief. I take these on days my back is starting to get sore and it takes the pain away before the pain gets bad. This is my go to pain reliever because its fast and takes away all the pressure and pain I feel.

I originally was taking some other medicine to try and help calm down the pain and discomfort I had been feeling in the mornings, recently I came across this item and decided to give it a try. This is my first time using this brand of medicine and I have to say I am pretty impressed. I actually did feel that the pain/discomfort subsided at a quicker rate than I was previously used to. It also seemed to last for a little longer as well, in my personal experience. I truly went into taking these pills as just a "it says back on it, it might target my issues better" generic thought and I'm glad I did, because I was absolutely right in thinking that. I'll definitely continue to use this brand and type of pill when needed.

I take the pill when I start feeling my lower back starting to hurt I take the recommended amount and lay down til it kicks in. Once it kicks in I start feeling batter and no pain til they start to wear off.

It appeared that I had a little more mobility. I would definitely use again and it would recommend for a friend.
