I take the pill when I start feeling my lower back starting to hurt I take the recommended amount and lay down til it kicks in. Once it kicks in I start feeling batter and no pain til they start to wear off.

But my pain really didn't subsize for long with it. I would still have others try it because itat work for them as there pain may not be to bad
