[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for lower back pain and it worked. I don't normally use pain killers for back and body aches or pains, so I don't know how this compares to other brands, but I can tell you it works. It's worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] didn't help out with pain at all. had some lower back pain when I took 2 500 mg of the 6 that come in the sample size bottle I received. seems affordable but I don't think I'll be looking to buy this anytime soon. I've used lesser brand name pain relievers and have gotten better results. 1/10 for me on these pills.

It also contains caffeine- so I feel like it did keep me up a little bit, so I would recommend taking it in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these pills help me constantly with different if you take pain from menstrual cramps every 28 days, to my mom with her headaches caused by different factors and even a toothache has calmed the pain, it contains caffeine which personally me like it, I consume it like this; 2 tablets every 6 hours depending on the pain, I like it because it can be taken by adults and children over 12 years of age, always supervised by an adult, it is important to always go to a doctor.

I don't usually need meds for back pain but as I get older it becomes more severe. The bottle is easy to see amongst my other meds and easy to use. Overall I can count on these Bayer aspirin to relieve the pain within minutes and get back to feeling great.

I didn’t even have to follow up with any other medications, since this took care of the pain the first time around. I did have to take another dose about 8 hours after the first one but I have to admit that two doses of this beats 4 doses of the other stuff.
