Especially after having kids. You don't just have to have kids. I feel this is good for most anybody. Now I am not saying this is for everybody. As with any medicine you should always consult your doctor. I am just writing about my experience with this pain reliever. Bayer Aspirin extra strength back and body caplets are 500mg. Which is a bit higher than my typical dose. But, I wanted to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of these caplets. It lessened my pain in a shorter amount of time than my usual caplets. There was not any weird aftertaste. The caplets were easy to swallow (the appropriate dose). I did not feel drowsy. I did not experience any side effects. The bottle was easy to hold and easy to open. Overall I like everything about the brand and the actual product. I would highly recommend this to anybody. I would not change anything. I feel this helps exactly the way it was designed to help with your back and body. I definitely want to get some more.

I like to take pain meds before bed to relax and let it work while I sleep, but that wasn't an option. Otherwise it was a good product that I might not have given a chance otherwise!
