I honestly never had a bad backache during my sampling period so this may work better for more extreme pain. However, I did take this for minor back aches a couple times and didn’t really notice a difference from taking anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long day at work I was feeling the body pain. Mainly in the arms and back, I had taken the appropriate amount and went to relax. I will say that after 40/45 minutes I felt minimal pain in my back and no pain in my arms only thing it didn’t do was help with the headache that had pop up. Would have been a 5 star if my headache would have gone away. But then again that’s not what these are for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good pain reliever. I frequently have back pain and I took the recommended dose in the middle of a shift. I don't have issues slowing pills so these went down easy. It wasn't long before I was feeling relief. I would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Bayer Aspirin Extra Strength Back & Body Caplets 500mg for after my tough workouts for my lower back & overall body. These worked great & the bottle was the perfect size to through in my gym bag for when I need it.

The only thing that I didn’t necessarily enjoy was the added caffeine. I’m already an avid caffeine user, so having more on top of my intake is not beneficial

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bayer always puts out great products. This one works great and fast. When my back hurts I take this and within 30mins I am feeling better. It last for a long time as well. Another great thing is the pills are not that big so they are easy to take.
