[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My spouse suffers from back pain from standing up a lot of the day, the day we got these he saw it and he wanted to try it. While it did not completely cure him, he said he felt much better and he felt the caffeine as he was tired before he took it and within an hour he felt like he had less pain and more energy. Good stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from low back pain and sciatic pain and I have trouble finding anything that works to alleviate either of them, suprisingly, Bayer Back and Body works quite well for me. It takes about 45 mins to an hour to kick in and while it doesn't take all the pain away, it does take enough away so I can function like a normal person. The relief is fairly long lasting too, providing me with a reprieve that lasts long enough for me to do errands, housework and gardening. I'm not sure how, but the addition of caffeine to aspirin works wonders and I'm so thankful this is available!

You dont have to take a lot just what is recommended for you and they work fast and really great product for over the counter pain relieving product. I really like the look and feel of the bottle as well and wanted to point that out it looks modern and colorful and there is a decent amount of product, I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't understand why so many otc medication brands insist on repackaging the exact same medications with 10 different names (back and body, headache etc) within the same brand when the active ingredients and dosages are exactly the same. It feels like a very non transparent marketing practice to get people to buy things when in reality they're all the same product. that aside, this is a standard aspirin with caffeine. I have some kind of sensitivity to aspirin and it leaves me with horrible stomach pain for days so I can't take it anymore. It works great for tough headaches, I cannot speak to back pain as I would take ibuprofen for that. Weird marketing tactics aside, it's aspirin. Ground breaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great! The pill size is not too big so they are easy to take and work within 30 minutes or so. These are great to have around and help whenever I am experiencing pain or discomfort somewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After everything else bayer did the job, with working out and working labor jobs on the weekend your body tends to not be it's normal self. With being sore working all day just takes 1 pill to make it all disappear. Before evening knowing 10 minutes you feel like you were never in pain. 1 pill is 500mg and that's more than enough to stop almost any pain you are having. Amazing product!

The only thing I have to watch out for because I am a diet coke feign is drinking too much pop on top of this medicine. If I don't remember to drink less pop when I take this it makes me jittery and I hate that feeling! But that is my fault, not the product's.
