I’ve never been an aspirin person, but this product has changed my mind. It was easy to swallow, seemed to work quickly, and didn’t irritate my stomach. I struggle with back pain and will be purchasing this product in the future.

I have trouble sleeping at night due to my back hurting and I've tried several over the counter pain medications, creams and using a heating pad but it never seems to help. I took these and they really helped my back and I was able to get a restful night's sleep

I typically just live with the occasional back pain I have after giving birth to my youngest but tried this pill due to having a busy day and it worked great. I was able to continue my day without taking a break.

However a recent hike done that was a bit more strenuous than expected provided an excellent opportunity to sample Bayer Back & Body. I took the recommended dosage for over 24 hours and found that it did a noticeable and timely job helping with muscle aches and pains. While the caffeine did not have a negative effect on me, I can imagine some folks may not want to take this medication before sleeping.

Within an hour my headache subsided and I felt back to my normal self. I can not comment on other aches and pains but they headache subsided very fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firsts off - I can’t take any products that contain caffeine and I’ve made that clear before , so I don’t know why they would send me this product. My husband used it and said it was just what you would expect from an OTC pain reliever.
