The added caffeine seemed to help more than when I have taken aspirin without caffeine. I would recommend checking with your medical provider before using but it works for pain.

But these Bayer aspirin have been one of the most effective otc meds that ive found to help. They tend to help relieve the pain and tension in my head and neck and they do it faster than other meds.

I recently tried this extra strength Aspirin and it works great! The tablets aren't too big and are easy to swallow. Just like other Bayer Aspirin products, this does not interfere with other medication. I'm glad I tried this.

I take the pill when I start feeling my lower back starting to hurt I take the recommended amount and lay down til it kicks in. Once it kicks in I start feeling batter and no pain til they start to wear off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bayer extra strength worked as you’d expect a Bayer product to work. I’ve taken Bayer for years. Yes, this worked on body aches like described. I don’t know however if it really worked better targeting specific parts of the body. For what it may cost you could probably buy regular Bayer and receive the same relief and a cheaper price.
