When combined with two Ergo Smart bases or Split ProAdapt mattresses (one Medium and the other Hybrid Medium) have virtually eliminated my hip pain and my wife's shoulder pain. The split between the mattresses has not been a problem as we sleep apart most of the night. The 2 Ergo Smart bases with Sleeptracker-AI provide additional benefits including automatic snoring head adjustment upwards which has reduced snoring but not eliminiated it as we have experienced. We would recommend this combination of mattresses and bases to others as we have already. A two happy customers.

I cannot be more pleased with my mattress. I never thought a mattress like my hybrid existed. It has by far exceeded ALL standards of perfection for me. I struggled with the price, trust me I did. After trying and returning other reputable mattresses from other companies , I bit the bullet and went forward with Tempur-Pedic. I can honestly say they are worth every penny. I am a customer for life. The adaptability, comfort, firmness, coolness is literally tailored to my body. This company knows waht it's doing.

This is the 3rd one I've had over many yrs. The last one lasted 10yrs and was still ok, but started to get little too soft. I like a very firm one. My first one was when I had back surgery and it "saved" my life. My back pain was excruciating, but minute I hit that bed, it was gone all night. It takes a few weeks, maybe a month or so to "break it in".. so I liked the firm one which is very firm, but after a couple weeks it settled in to my body. Now it's great. I'd strongly recommend you find a Temper-Pedic factory to try them out. They have a 90 day exchange policy, so you can use it for 90 days, and during that time you can exchange for a different one if you like. Highly recommend.

I got this bed to get an update from my Tempurpedic rhapsody. It offers similar comfort, but the medium-hybrid is a bid softer. This is the best sleep I've gotten, ever. I hope this holds up as well as my last bed as It's still being used in my guest room.

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for some time. We both have back problems. I was looking at many different memory foam mattress but none of them will support weight over 200 lbs. Unbeknown to me my wife went furniture shopping before Christmas. She called me and asked me to come and check the mattress out. We decided on the Pro adapt medium split king. All I can say is we are both having the best sleep ever. We both wake up with no back or neck pain. After a week of sleeping on the new mattress, one evening I said to my wife that I could remember many years ago that I would never spend that kind of money on a bed. I am glad that we did.

I purchased a bed from temper pedic about 2 years ago.Because my wife was having back surgery. It has been the most expensive and uncomfortable bed I have ever purchased. I get more comfort from a bed In a box. Do not waste your money on a temper pedic, mattress or bed frame. I contacted them about my warranty they were no help. I feel that I got a defect mattress because I am well past the breaking in period. If I could have gave zero stars I would have.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. I chose TempurPedic primarily because I needed to try the mattress before I bought it. There are many "highly rated" mattresses that only are available online but I was not going to buy "sight unseen". The Flagship store associate added value to my purchase with her clear explanations and patience while I debated which firmness to get and went back and forth between the displays. There was also good followup because I did not purchase during my initial store visit and had additional questions. The "White Glove" delivery and 90 day trial were also important factors in my decision.

We love this mattress. We've slept on it for several months now and love it more and more every day. We did try the medium firmness mattress and did not like it at all, but the soft is perfect for us. We've owned Sleep Number beds, exclusively for 20+ years, but decided to try something different and are so glad we did. Would highly recommend this mattress to everyone. We also purchased your adjustable base, which is a first for us, that we would also recommend. Thanks for the great products!

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous
