Hello, I would definitely not recommend this mattress or brand. Originally when I purchased Tempurpedic mattress and base was because of how great the quality was. I purchased the mattress and base in 2019 and it has only been 3-4 years and the mattress already has sagging, indentation for this "good quality mattress" it should not be giving issues this early on. I will never purchase from this brand and also encourage others to not purchase. These mattresses and bases and not cheap to be getting issues super early on with the products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the adapt medium which was too soft for me and slept hot so I upgraded to pro adapt firm, it's A lot cooler and the sheets don't sink in and move around.. I noticed the beds do off-gas and need to air out for a few days. Final conclusion- the bed is outstanding it contours to your body the way it should and yes you can still sleep on your side. I look forward to getting off work every night now. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.

I'll be honest, the first week on this bed had me nervous that I didn't make the right purchase. It felt much more firm than the models in the store. I was finding my self tossing and turning and waking up stiff. However, after doing some reading online, I discovered that the mattress needed time break-in and for the Tempur cells to breath. For the first couple of weeks when I was changing the bedding, I let the bed sit "naked" for a few hours, and would even unzip the Tempur cover. I found this made a big difference in the feel and softness of the mattress. Within a few weeks, I was sleeping great. I have had the bed just about two months now and absolutely LOVE it! It's not too firm and not too soft - just right. And supportive too. I have been sleeping great and no longer have the back pain I was experiencing on my old mattress. Would highly recommend!

I cannot remember the last time I've slept this good. For most of us, with age come things like body aches and restless night. But not anymore! This mattress has been a life changer. I no longer wake up tired and achy, I wake up alert and ready to start the day! I was worried about the overall feels, a my husband prefers a more firm mattress and I like softer. However to my surprise it has been a great happy medium! Just soft enough to where I still feel like I'm on a cloud, yet firm enough where he doesn't feel like he's sinking in! They really do mean it when they say it conforms to every contour and curve. Don't hesitate, just buy it!

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. Our 7 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress was failing and we were not sleeping well. Customer Service directed me to their warranty qualifications. We were granted a new mattress via email within 2 days of submitting the warranty requirements. Our new mattress was delivered in 2 weeks as promised. Customer service was awesome. Because warranties usually have loop holes, we were prepared to purchase a new mattress. In fact, we had been shopping and were very close to making a competitor's purchase. I am so glad I made the phone call to Tempur-Pedic. We choose the firm. Although we thought the firm was a bit too firm, we slept 10 hours straight that first night without tossing and turning. We overslept (by 3 hours!), we were late for work, and it was worth it. The firm proved to be perfect.

I have this mattress with the Tempur-Pedic Ergo and a Cool-Tech Mattress Cover on it and I have never felt better then I have ever felt, from just sleeping. There are times when I find myself not wanting to get out of bed. This bed has totally changed my body, and, my life. I now feel like I am sleeping on Cloud 9 every night.
