This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt back in February. I absolutely love this mattress. I have a herniated disc in my back and my old mattress of 22 years left me feeling like it was hit by a Mack truck when I woke up in the mornings, if I slept at all. I bought and adjustable bed base also and it was the best decision I made in years. From day one my back stopped hurting when I slept and I could feel the pressure being relieved from my spine. Sometimes when I get home from work I lay down for and hour just so my back will fill better, I never did this before I bought this mattress. I can sleep all night without pain for the first time in years. LOVE this Mattress

This mattress was so soft in the store, instant love. My hubby likes a slightly firm mattress, and I prefer sleeping in clouds. The salesperson told us to jump on the bed (we don't have the electric base) so that it'd add wear to it. The first 2 weeks I slept okay but the bed was firm. It adapted to my body, but honestly I wasn't comfortable and thought I'd just made a HUGE financial mistake buying it. Fast forward 6 weeks and my standpoint has changed, A LOT! The mattress still seems a little firmer when we first lay down, but it adapts to your body and is so comfy. I've been getting some of the best sleep I've ever gotten. Hubby is a side/back sleeper and I'm a side/stomach sleeper. Side note: both hubby and I were getting weekly, sometimes bi-weekly adjustments at the chiropractor. In the 8 weeks of owning the bed, we've each only been adjusted once. Our chiropractor said that the bed is really helping us by providing the support we need in our necks/backs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempurpedic bed for about 10 years now before I bought this. I had twin XLs before but wanted a full King size. The old mattresses are still in decent shape for their age. This one appears to be made even better so I imagine that with care it will last even longer.

When I first bought this mattress I didn't know what to think as I have never owned or slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress before. Our previous mattress was over 11 years old and was an excellent mattress (Lady Americana). We loved it but of course at 11 years it wasn't as comfortable as before. My wife and I went to a local retailer and tested out multiple Temper-Pedic mattresses and decided on the Pro Adapt Hybrid (Queen) as I am 6'2 and 225 lbs. We also purchased an adjustable ERGO base. This has the Zero G function that relives a lot fo pressure from my wife's back as she has back pain due to an accident and major surgery. The first 3-4 months was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The reason seems to be that the mattress was actually correcting my sleeping position and this caused my lower back to hurt for about 2-3 months intermittently. After that period I sleep like the dead on our mattress, LOL. I will say that sleeping on my back is a little tricky and this mattress doesn't quite support my lower back as much as my old mattress, but I fall asleep on my side and that does the trick. If you are looking for a mattress to sleep on your back and you are over 200lbs, I would recommend the Lux Adapt (Firm), if you can afford it. Its pretty pricey. I have only had the mattress for just under a year so this review is based on that time frame. So far, so good. I would like to give it a few more years and see how well it holds up. Overall it seems like a good purchase and if you can afford it, this mattress seems like a solid purchase, but only time will tell.

Since owning my ProAdapt Hybrid mattress I now sleep straight the night waking in pretty much the same position I feel asleep in. No more tossing and turning throughout the night. The cooling technology that is incorporated into the mattress keeps me comfortable throughout the night, no more hot spots making toss around to find a cool spot on the bed. I love my Tempur-Pedic Mattress and suggest you check them out if your in the market for a new mattress.

Never have I ever thought that a mattress would change ones life! I'm so glad my husband and I made this decision. We both love the cooling effects we even feel a bit healthier. It's gonna be hard trying to get out of bed for work in the mornings now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first tempurpedic in 1997 after i lost my house in a flood. Had it until my divorce in 2015, she kept the mattress somehow. Did not get restful sleep until I GOT MY NEW MATTRESS and have been sleeping soundly ever since. My new one is better than my old one. Coupled with the adjustable base and I don't snore as bad, no sore throat when i wake up. If you want a good nights sleep this is it. I don't even get up to go to the bathroom 3 times a night anymore. I suspect discomfort was waking me, vacating my bladder allowed my joints to get back in alignment so I could go back to sleep every night. Now if I wake up I really do have to go. Life has gotten so much better. Mark

This is a firm mattress. My husband was ready to return next day. He is a big man so this was a computerized fit for him. I reminded him you have to give it an adjusting period. In the past he has had pain. I have not heard any complaints about his hip or back. I am able to sleep peacefully without him waking me through out the night. Max our salesman took time with us and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products he sells.

I was a big advocate of Tempur Pedic until now. I bought an advantage firm mattress 9 years ago. I loved it until it began to severely sag over the past year. They have a 10 year full replacement warranty. Warranty department said they will cover it but want to replace it with a medium support and if I want a firm support they will charge me $1700.00 for an upgrade. I don't want an upgrade I want firm replaced with firm. That is all I want. The difference between the mattress they approved(adapt medium) and the pro adapt firm is $800.00 retail. I offered to pay that but they refuse. They want $1700.00. This is not a warranty at all. The mattress they approved is not the most like my mattress because it is not firm. When I explain that to customer service they are very rude. So very disappointing.
