The item is great, works great and am glad to have chosen this item. But...the handles have started coming a undone on this product, seems the factory is not taking time to do this properly. Hope no one else has this issue.

We really like having water available in the door. The ice maker works great & we needed this specific (smaller) size. We needed a repair this year and LG honored their promise.

I enjoyed my LG for 4 years then the compressor died. to me 4 years life is unacceptable, I'm old enough to remember when refrigerator for last 25 years or more!! I bought this LG because 2 friends also did and the same thing happened to them.
