This cheese is very dry and doesn't shred as well as the other brand. VERY disappointed they changed it :(

Somehow I expected this cheese to be better than the local grocery-store brand. Eeew. I'm sure I'll get it eaten by diluting it and giving some to the dogs, but I'll be back to the local store for that delicious, firm "generic" cheddar.

This cheese is okay, but it certainly is not the same. The Daily Chef cheese we use to get was much better with a sharper flavor. This tasted like mild, not sharp. Disappointed.

The cheese tastes great but when you go to slice it w/ an electric slicer it crumbles like crazy and only about 2/3 of it turns into decent slices. and, they have to be thick slices or they will for sure crumble

Good basic cheddar
