I always buy this block of cheese! I cut into 3 portions and freeze them and never had an issue with quality.

This cheese is a win win!! Just as good as the national brands but you get a lot of bang for your buck!

I will shred/grate this using a rotary grater and keep it in a gallon size bag. I no longer buy pre shredded cheese.

I love to shred the cheese cut it up into chunks. Eat it any time. Sharp cheddar cheese is always been my favorite. It’s just so tasty and delicious.

This is excellent tasting cheese but it is not as sharp tasting as it was a few years ago. I really miss I’m the sharp taste it had years ago.

Good flavor at a reasonable price. Unfortunately not carried by nearby club. We have to go to Austin to stock up.
