Tried this product cuz I needed a lot to grated cheddar cheese for celebration recipe. The cheese worked as well as others for a variety of dishes.

This is excellent tasting cheese but it is not as sharp tasting as it was a few years ago. I really miss I’m the sharp taste it had years ago.
