Contrary to what it should have been it is crumbling. I cannot figure it out whether it was freezed before or some other reason it is not solid when sliced.

We don't use sliced cheese fast enough before it spoils. A block of cheese is less expensive for us overall. We cut it into four 8 oz blocks, vacuum seal and freeze it.

We started buying blocks because we love homemade Mac and cheese and blocks are better for melting. The sharp has such a rich, delicious flavor. We love it!

Good taste of sharp cheddar, and I like the package size-not to much for one person to use in a timely fashion but enough to have on hand for several uses.

Great price but the cheese is VERY sharp, my opinion is it should be labeled extra sharp cheddar. Extra sharp cheddar is fine with certain foods, so once we realized how sharp the cheddar was we used it accordingly and had no complaints.

By far the best price for a block of cheddar - of any kind of cheddar. And this sharp cheddar tastes amazing. I’ve never had a bad block. Delicious! Melts really well, too.
