Living in southern California where the electric companies decided that they didn't want to spend the money to upgrade the power lines to be safe in high wind to prevent fires they decided the best solution was to shut everyone's power off for 12-48+ hours I purchased this generator manly to power my fridge and some lights. I was blown away how 4 gallons of gas could power my fridge, lights, modem, router, tv And my Xbox for 17.5 hours. I thought it was a little pricey but its worth every penny.

I purchased the Westinghouse WGEN3600c generator for our annual 4th of July cookout. Its performance was great. We needed an upgrade, and I am very pleased that we chose this one. It was very easy to assemble, easy to transport and easy to operate. It provided all the power we needed to run our electrical features as well as powering a DJ booth. I would recommend that anyone looking for a generator get this one!

Bought this to provide power to RV camper when camping off grid, has plenty of power for the job. Nice compact design, plus it started on the first pull! Oil fill funnel is very handy, make sure you keep that with the plug wrench and screw driver. Very happy with the purchase.

Compact for easy storage, liked that pop-up handle folds out of the way. Very glad it came with the oil and easy assembly of a few small items( wheels and vibration pads). Started on the first pull! Great for back up power and for our RV. Very affordable.

Had a bad fuel tube coming off the tank. The tube is multilayered and apparently the innertube got pushed into the outer sheath and was folded over against the nipple so when I went to run the unit for the first time, I opened the fuel shutoff valve and fuel started dripping. I replaced the tube. In addition, the instructions should include an initial break-in run. Upon the first start I had to leave the choke on, otherwise it would die out. After it ran a little with the choke on, the generator was revving up and down with the choke off, so I ran it at half choke for a while. I eventually got it running with the choke off and it was running nice and smooth.

This generator is perfect. It's compact enough to be easy to store and powerful enough to give the oomph that you need. Everything was packaged carefully to ensure nothing was damaged in delivery. Directions were clear and in many languages. So happy with this purchase!

Start up was easy, and so far it powers all of the appliances in my RV with no issue. I am 100% satisfied. I do recommend 2 people to lift the item, as with a full tank of gas it weighs about 130 pounds. It is compatible with wheels but doesn't come with them.

Had about 2 weeks. Bought the 3600v without wheels. Makes it a little harder to move around with one person. If mobility is a factor, recommend getting with wheels. Starts up on first pull and has been perfectly dependable. Takes .6L of oil. Comes with a .6L Mobil oil. Save the empty after first fill. It will make subsequent oil changes a lot easier (to not overfill) from a quart bottle of oil if you use the empty .6L bottle to fill.

I bought this 3 weeks ago but haven't had a need to use it yet. Just got done assembling wheel kit, added oil and fuel and it started right up. I tested a couple lights plugged into the generator and they worked fine. This generator appears to be make very well and of high quality. Hope to have it for years as a home back up whenever we loose power.
