Bought this as a backup power source for the house for low demand (it's not wired for 240V output on a single connector). Right out of the box added oil and gas, and then started on the first pull. The choke must be turned off quickly after starting--or it will run a bit rich and smoky. Put out 124VAC, and output seemed to work ok into a space heater, and 120V 20A breaker tested good.

When I received the generator I added fuel and oil, started it up, first pull on the cord. I wanted to test it out so plugged the refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and cell phone charger into the unit and all ran as designed. I would have plugged in more but ran out of extension cords. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this and had to put it closer to my R.V then I wanted to. (About 12 ft away) It is quiet enough that when the A.C is on i can not here the Generator inside the R.V. and it powers up every thing I need it to. Just a great Generator Thank you Westinghouse for a great product.

I bought this generator because I needed it to help run my pellet stove if the power goes out and to run a fountain that I have in my pond. It started up on the first try. I already have a Westinghouse 9500 generator and am very pleased with it. Looking forward to using my smaller and newer one

Bought this a couple weeks ago. Set up was very easy. Fired right up after putting in the oil and gas… it did die after about 10 minutes, but may have flooded the gas, or some other operators error. My dad came over an hour later and started it right up. It's also fairly quiet considering…

Unpacked, followed instructions, operated for 45 minutes with load of 12000 btu window ac unit. Did an excellent job. Even pulled the refrigerator while running the ac unit but wouldn't recommend pulling both at the same time as it seemed to bog down a bit. I have another smaller generator for the frig. This 3600V will operate the ac, the tv, wifi and a few lights for the inevitable hurricanes in South Texas

I bought this as an emergency power source for the basement sump pump. It is easy to get going and it does what it is supposed to well and without issues. I discovered that it will even power my 15 amp electric snow blower if needed. My only suggestion is that it should have the wheels included, it is difficult to move without them and purchasing them separate is pricey. If the wheels had been included I would rate it 5 stars.

I bought this generator to power us through the occasional loss of electricity during winter storms. I bought an optional power cord to expand the 30A outlet to 3 additional 110V outlets for extension cords. Im pleased with the unit as well as the length of the warranty in case something should go wrong.

Recently we had a 7 day, storm related, power outage. Having no generator, I had the fortune of being able to borrow a generator from a friend which was the Westinghouse 3600 W unit. I was so pleased with its functionality that I just purchased same unit.

I wanted a reasonably priced generator with enough power to run my refrigerator, standalone freezer and sump pump in case of a power outage between now and when I have a whole house backup generator installed later this year. This one is exactly what I was looking for.
