We bought this fridge recently, the top shelf seems almost useless. It keeps freezing things that are not close to the full height in the top shelf, especially on the right side. We had 2 flat eggs cartons on top pf each other, the top eggs about 4" from the top of the fridge and a bunch of them froze. All more than 2" from the back of the fridge. We reduced the standard temperature down a bit but I am also worried that if I go more other things will start going off quick. Even with reduced temperature its freezing things.

My previous LG refrigerator lasted almost 16 years with just one repair needed. I miss my old fridge. I am concerned about this one. Had if for just one week. The shelves and drawers do not seem as sturdy as my previous LG fridge. Also, if I open both doors at the same time, it started to tilt over towards me. I do not like that it slides out of place with just opening the doors or the freezer door. I cannot find out how to lock the wheels. The counter depth would be nice, but 9 inches need to hang out due to the door hinge. So it is not really counter depth.

We bought our fridge December 14. We downsized from 25 cubic feet. I’m loving it but for two things. My old crisper drawers had humidity levers on it and I miss that. The only other thing is my old fridge had a towel bar on the freezer. My LG doesn’t and I still find myself walking over to hang a dish towel. Otherwise I’m impressed.

I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a three door one that would fit in the small space I had, but this model fit with plenty of air flow space left over. It is so quiet that at first I didn’t think it was running. The only time it makes any noise is when the ice maker drops new ice into the bin. For the size that it is, there is plenty of room for all our groceries. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with this fridge. It looks good, works well, and makes a lot of ice that is a really good size and texture. My only criticism is that there is really nowhere to opt a large pitcher without giving up some other space. The deep door shelves are a nice size in theory, but the side piece around the shelf is so tall that it can be hard to put things on the shelf. The drink shelf will accommodate a bottle almost 12" tall, but the opening you have to fit it through is only 8" high, so pitchers that are open on top can't be fit through it. If you the second shelf down so it has more space, there was s not much room to fit things through for the first shelf. See pics.to make the bottom space taller, that shelf then only has a narrow space to fit food through. There is no half shelf in the fridge and all the drawers mean vertical space is limited, so again, to space the shelves so a pitcher fits on one require another to be very close to the one above it. I am describing this in detail because the functionality of this fridge really depends on what you want to put in it. If you have a lot of tall pitchers it is not a good choice. I do stress that tall bottles fit because you insert them at an angle. Otherwise I really love this appliance. This fridge really needs a split shelf so half can be raised and I hope the manufacturer considers it..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the refrigerator in November 2024. It is our first french door model. We are not pleased with the narrow opening available when both doors are fully open and the less than full extension of the top freezer compartment.

Smaller 33-in size (compared to its larger 36-in siblings of same product line). Newer model, so we though "Great! Same product, smaller footprint". We were wrong. LG removed many features on this refrigerator : No Door Cooling+, no Cool Guard Interior and more importantly, no Fresh Air Filter! Product page makes no mention of air filter, so it's easy to miss. Air filter is supposed to keep food fresh for longer, which is not insignificant. Besides these missing features, that's a great fridge: nice looking, spacious, great ThinQ app. But no air filter in 2024 is not worth more than 2 stars for me, unless it's stated in bold on the product page (which it's not).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this refrigerator does not meet our needs. At Lowe's, my wife and I should have paid more attention to the interior, the arrangement of shelves and compartments in the doors. As for the freezer, we are satisfied with it.

It looks good and works fine but it feels cheaply made. The door handles are not metal but some kind of plastic. The produce drawers feels small. I can barely put a head of lettuce and a cauliflower in the same drawer. I guess in today's world, that is what 1500 gets you.

I bought the french door refrigerator in April and in early December thr freezer stopped freezing and the fridge stopped cooling. Thr compressor was replaced along with the pcb. Still not working. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for an appliance that is less than 8 months old not to work.
