We had a power outage for over 12 hours and the food in the freezer had no issues whatsoever. I love that it has enough space, the only reason I give it 4 stars only is the fact that the shelves seem to be too thin.

Doors don't close softly, seem rough. Door dented easily with a jar pressed against it. Meat tray cracked when a jar fell on it, I hoping to claim warranty on that, hoping this unit will not continue to fall apart.

Works well but noisy!
The refrigerator looks nice and does a good job with cooling, however the compressor is much noisier than we were told it would be and is on almost continuously. The decibel range at times is around 50, more than what had been described, and is very annoying. We needed to put pool noodles around the sides to somewhat dampen the noise.

The reason I gave it three stars is because I complained to the company about my left hand door, swinging shut on its own when fully opened, I like it to stay fully opened when I'm putting things in the fridge, the right hand door works fine, so yeah this is a disability with the refrigerator and I just bought it so very disappointed
