Sure has a lot of fat on the meat.  
The amount of fat is equal to at least 10% of weight.  I understand that's what keep the cost down.  I'm sure to pay a higher price for a trimmed meat slab, But now this adds time to my process of my product.

Love the product. BUT IT WENT UP TO $7 A POUND in less than two months was originally $4.58. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD. .All you do is slap a label on it.I am doing all the work. there is no reason why it should increase THE PRICE Over two dollars and a four month span.

I trim one of these into two oven roasts for sandwich/deli meat. The rest gets cubed and some of that is ground into absolutely the best hamburger meat you will ever have.  You can control the fat content as well when you grind your own.  Almost zero waste on these.

Hands down the best value in beef
