I didn't pick out this roast, it was curbside pickup. Whoever picked it did a good job. We pressure canned it and stuck it in the pantry. Cheaper cuts can up well. Opened a jar and made quick beef stew. Taste was excellent and $1 a pound cheaper than stew meat.

I trim one of these into two oven roasts for sandwich/deli meat. The rest gets cubed and some of that is ground into absolutely the best hamburger meat you will ever have. You can control the fat content as well when you grind your own. Almost zero waste on these.

I bought this large roast to make Italian Beef for my mother's 85th Birthday Party. Everyone liked the beef. It was tender and sliced easy on my slicer. I'm sure it would be good just to eat as a regular slice of roast beef.

Sure has a lot of fat on the meat. The amount of fat is equal to at least 10% of weight. I understand that's what keep the cost down. I'm sure to pay a higher price for a trimmed meat slab, But now this adds time to my process of my product.

Was a good value. Has been real fatty lately. Also 80 cents price increase in one week. Come on Sams, you can do better for your customers.

Love the product. BUT IT WENT UP TO $7 A POUND in less than two months was originally $4.58. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD. .All you do is slap a label on it.I am doing all the work. there is no reason why it should increase THE PRICE Over two dollars and a four month span.
