Great for pressure canning

I didn't pick out this roast, it was curbside pickup. Whoever picked it did a good job. We pressure canned it and stuck it in the pantry. Cheaper cuts can up well. Opened a jar and made quick beef stew. Taste was excellent and $1 a pound cheaper than stew meat.

Hands down the best value in beef

I trim one of these into two oven roasts for sandwich/deli meat. The rest gets cubed and some of that is ground into absolutely the best hamburger meat you will ever have. You can control the fat content as well when you grind your own. Almost zero waste on these.

Great Piece of Beef

I bought this large roast to make Italian Beef for my mother's 85th Birthday Party. Everyone liked the beef. It was tender and sliced easy on my slicer. I'm sure it would be good just to eat as a regular slice of roast beef.

Melt in your mouth!

I bought 2 of these for a Wednesday night church supper and cut each into four roasts. I gave each piece a gave a generous sprinkling of Montreal Steak Seasoning and placed each one, fat side up, into a half disposable steam table pan. I added about 2 inches of water to each and covered tightly with aluminum foil. I baked in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes then turned down to 350 and baked for about 4 hours (timing will vary depending upon the size of the roasts and how full your oven is). They turned out VERY tender and juicy and the pan drippings made amazing gravy. Thank you Sam's Club! Great price for a wonderful cut of meat!

Was a good value. Has been real fatty lately. Also 80 cents price increase in one week. Come on Sams, you can do better for your customers.

Love the product. BUT IT WENT UP TO $7 A POUND in less than two months was originally $4.58. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD. .All you do is slap a label on it.I am doing all the work. there is no reason why it should increase THE PRICE Over two dollars and a four month span.
