I love this washer. I love that I get alerts on my phone when my laundry is ready. It's using less water than my previous washer and it's so easy to use. My clothes finally smell great.

Loving our new LG washer! The app is easy to use and it notifies you and reminds you that the load is done. Love the fact that bedsheets don’t end up in a huge ball still wet in the centre! IA wash is perfect. So far a great purchase

I’ve had my washer for about two weeks. I feel the options are very easy to use and the app is an unexpected plus allowing for downloads and updates. Seasonal changes are fun too.

Between moving and buying new, this is my eighth washing machine. It does a decent job of cleaning, but the towel and sheet settings take a ridiculously long time relative to washers I have owned recently. At least I can program my own, but that is pain to need to do every time. The permanent press cycle claims to reduce wrinkles. No way! I have never had clothes come out more wrinkled than they come out of this machine, even on the permanent press cycle. It has a ton of cycles to choose from, but most don't seem to make any difference in how the clothes come out.
