This washer is top of the line. We like how quiet it is, because it's right next door to the TV room. It has great features that I'm still discovering. Your product manual is easier to understand than so many products.

We purchased the units approximately a month ago and have been pleased with their performance. The only issue that we have encountered is that sometimes the washer does not completely rinse out all of the water.

I bought this about a month ago. I am still figuring out how to use all of the features. But, with my washing machine in the basement, I do love that it lets me know when the load is done.

This model appears utilitarian, but it is the easiest washer/dryer set I've ever used. Put the wash in, touch AI. Take the wash out and put it in the Dryer, touch AI and take it out. Quiet as a church mouse!
