I purchased my first dreamlife pillow since I am a side sleeper earlier this year. Since I have enjoyed the first one so much, I treated myself to another one.

I placed my order for two pillows on Feb 19. Till now it still shows In progress in my order status I have called Sam's club three times to check the status, but all I got is that Sam's club can only submit enquiries. It all depends on the supplier to respond. The third time when I called on March 4, I requested a refund but Sam's club said they can't do the refund; they can only submit my request to the supplier. Does that mean that if the supplier don't respond to my request , I will forever never get back my money? Sam's club certainly has to be more than just passively request for a refund . Where is our protection as consumers from Sam's club ?

I've tried to use other foam pillows that collapsed and did not give me enough support or were too hard and stiff. For my neck problems, this pillow is just right. Soft, yet supportive. With two sides to choose from, narrow or higher lift, the narrow was perfect for me. I feel like Goldilocks who found just the right chair and bed at the bear house. I recommend this pillow.

I bought this about a week ago. I is so soft and does not support your neck. If you have neck issues, you may not want to purchase this pillow. I will go flat during the night and cause neck pain.

Would not purchase again. Wasn't helpful for my neck, not firm enough to maintain the height needed. Even laying on the highest side, you sink in. Pillow smells aweful. It does stay cool.
