The first night I used it, I couldn't believe the results! No pain in neck or shoulder area which was becoming so unbearable. No ear pain which has never happened in my life! Great size and very well made.

I placed my order for two pillows on Feb 19. Till now it still shows In progress in my order status I have called Sam's club three times to check the status, but all I got is that Sam's club can only submit enquiries. It all depends on the supplier to respond. The third time when I called on March 4, I requested a refund but Sam's club said they can't do the refund; they can only submit my request to the supplier. Does that mean that if the supplier don't respond to my request , I will forever never get back my money? Sam's club certainly has to be more than just passively request for a refund . Where is our protection as consumers from Sam's club ?
