It has more of a thick Italian pink sauce (tomato and Alfredo sauce mixed) flavor than an Indian flavor. It was sweet and no layer of flavor.

I loved the flavor. Even my 8 and 10-year old liked it! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the color stained my Tupperware and spatula.
