They seem to have mold really fast if you don't use them quick enough even when it's still mold even within its date

For some time now, this has been my go to for my shredded Mexican blend cheese. It's a pretty good value, and I like the fact that it is broken down into 2 smaller packages rather than the one large one.

A double pack of shredded cheese is handy. Both in the freezer to stay fresh to use on tacos or top on casseroles. The price is right if you keep it fresh.

The package has gotten smaller and the texture has changed as well. With this economy a lot of items have been changed and unfortunately this product has too! I felt like I used more in a quesadilla that’s before.
