I use this cheese blend on many things, and it tastes good. I use it in tacos, burritos, omelets, salad. and add it to salsa to get a little protein. I've even used it in savory waffles. Very versatile. You can't go wrong.

This Mexican cheese is great quality since it is the Club brand with quality of the brand. Great for taco night or for making delicious chicken quesadillas or use it in any meal you decide you will not be disappointed. The creamy texture is great.

This is an easy to use tasty pre-shredded cheese in provided in two one-pound packages. One stays fresh while you use up the other. I have been buying this product for years.

I much prefer to buy blocks or bricks of cheese and grate it myself but in this instance I was looking for something to use in an oven baked nacho recipe. I am very glad that I tried this MM product. I was a bit too heavy handed on the nacho chips and had two layers but after the top layer was gone we ended up putting the pan back in the oven to toast the bottom layer a bit more and the cheese melted very well and the dish was a big hit! The Member's Mark brand is serving us well.

The cheese itself is fine. However, whoever delivered my order just left it on the steps without at least ringing the doorbell. By the time we noticed it was there, the cheese had stuck together and is now a big clump that has to be broken up by hand. Leaving any kind of refrigerated item on the steps in the Florida heat without making sure someone knows it's there is definitely a way to cause a problem.

Bought for a party, used in a number of dishes. Didn't melt as well as I hoped, but very tasty
