Pretty impressive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't exactly planning on a new stove, but I have to say I'm pretty glad I got this one! It definitely takes a while to get used to... I'm still fighting the urge to preheat a skillet while I'm prepping ingredients! There's a bit of a learning curve in that respect, because it throws your timing off a lot. I wouldn't consider that a negative thing though, because once you get used it it, it's amazing to have your pots heat so instantly! Before it came, I got a heads up from a friend about the sound... It's definitely a little noisy while it heats. Again, not a negative, but I'm glad I expected it so I knew it was normal. The air fryer function is great, and although it takes a little longer than my small countertop air fryer, the ability to air fry large trays of veggies or fries is pretty great! My only "gripes" are so minimal they're not even worth docking a star for: The handle is solid so there's nowhere to hang a towel (who the heck chose that design lol?). And the glass touch screen shows EVERY fingerprint and is hard to clean. That would probably bug my mother a whole lot more than it bugs me. All in all, I'm really pleased with this stove and would recommend it!
Very Nice Kitchen Addition!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After recently upgrading our kitchen to include the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range, I couldn't be more delighted with the results. As a first-time user of an induction stove, I was initially apprehensive, but this range has completely won me over. The sleek stainless-steel design with the anti-scratch glass cooktop adds a touch of sophistication to my kitchen. And let me tell you, the induction technology is a game-changer! The speed and precision with which it heats up are truly impressive. I've never experienced such even cooking before. Plus, the Air Fry feature is an absolute game-changer, delivering crispy, delicious results without the guilt of deep frying…I’m planning on getting rid of my old Air Fryers to gain my countertop real estate. Now, onto the pots. I will admit I didn’t fully measure the impact of converting to induction cooking. Yes, I did have to replace some of my old cookware to accommodate the induction technology, it was well worth it and I’m glad we were forced to upgrade. While there was a bit of a learning curve initially, I quickly adapted to the nuances of induction cooking and haven't looked back since. I deducted one star from my rating simply because of the need to replace cookware, but honestly, it's a small price to pay for the incredible benefits this range offers.
Great Range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung induction range is great! I have enjoyed roasting vegetables and making many types of lasagna in the oven. The range makes the roasted vegetables wonderfully crispy. Cooking on the induction range is so fast. I find it great for frying eggs. (Pro tip: they cook really fast.) I'm including a video. I highly recommend this range for all chefs!
Horrible!!
The absolute worst piece of crap I ever bought. This makes me never wanna buy a single Samsung product ever again, not even a TV. Broke on the 2nd day and all I'm getting is a run around from Samsung and delayed repairs. Been a month without a stove. It's been since thanksgiving and it's the end of December

Game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Range NSI6DB990012AA has completely transformed my kitchen experience. It's packed with features that make cooking not only easier but also a lot more fun. Key Features and Performance Air-Fry, Dehydrate, and Proof Bread: One of the coolest aspects of this range is its versatility. The air-fry function allows you to make crispy, delicious fried foods with much less oil. The dehydrate feature is perfect for making dried fruits and jerky at home. Plus, the proofing mode is a game-changer for baking bread, providing the perfect environment for dough to rise. Induction Hob: The induction hob is truly impressive. It heats up incredibly fast—boiling water in less than two minutes, which is almost unbelievable. This quick heating saves time and energy. The precise temperature control is perfect for everything from simmering sauces to searing steaks. SmartThings App Integration: The SmartThings app integration is a lifesaver. It lets me know if the stove or oven has been left on, which is great since my husband tends to forget to turn them off. Being able to monitor and control the range remotely adds an extra layer of convenience and safety. Durable and Easy-to-Clean Hob Top: The hob top is made from a unique material that resists scratches and is super easy to clean. Spills wipe away effortlessly, keeping the range looking sleek and new. Its durability ensures it will look great for years to come. Design and Aesthetics The Samsung Bespoke Range doesn’t just perform well; it looks amazing too. Its sleek, modern design can be customized to match any kitchen décor. It adds a sophisticated touch to my kitchen and impresses everyone who sees it. Conclusion Overall, the Samsung Bespoke Range NSI6DB990012AA is an outstanding appliance. Its versatile cooking functions, rapid induction hob, smart connectivity, and easy-to-clean surfaces make it a joy to use. Whether you're an experienced cook or just love spending time in the kitchen, this range will enhance your cooking experience. Highly recommended!
Difficult to read and operate controls
Good things: oven large, cooks almost evenly (hotter in back), cook top quiet, works well Bad things: 1) Controls not backlit, almost impossible to read in normal lighting conditions 2) Controls highly multiplexed, consequently complex to operate, particularly when using all burners 3) Manual cryptic in many places, incomplete description of features and how they wire 4) Burners have only 10 power levels, insufficient for delicate tasks (chocolate, some sauces) - though the range of power levels is good 5) No way to keep clock display on
Hi Bill, Dealing with complex controls and inadequate manuals can be frustrating. We are here to help out. Here are some suggestions for addressing or mitigating each problem: 1. Controls not backlit, difficult to read: Unfortunately, if the controls are not backlit, this can be challenging in low-light conditions. One workaround could be to improve the ambient lighting in your kitchen. Adding under-cabinet lighting might help illuminate the controls better. 2. Complex controls due to multiplexing: Since the controls are multiplexed and complex, it might help to spend some time familiarizing yourself thoroughly with the user manual. I have shared this model's user manual below. Pages 22 - 30 for operating the cooktop while pages 31 - 44 for the oven. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202405/20240503163023654/01._IB_FULL_NE9100D_NSI6DB9300_EN.pdf 3. Limited power levels on burners: Having only 10 power levels can indeed be restrictive for delicate tasks. To compensate, consider using a heat diffuser or simmer ring for very low-heat tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. These accessories can help distribute heat more evenly and prevent scorching. 4. Clock/timer display turning off: Your range has a screen saver feature and by default, it is turned on. To set the screen save please turn to pages 41 - 42 of the user manual. Should you need more assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about a week and so far so good! The things I love about this range: - I love its modern sleek design. It fits perfectly into my style. The stainless steel matches my kitchen perfectly. - boil time, I am really impressed by how fast it can boil water. I timed it with a large pot of water and it was boiling within 5 minutes. -the options, between airfry and dehydrate options I can get rid of several other appliances -The app. To be honest, I am not really an app person and I did not think I would enjoy the Smart things app but I think it’s really cool feature. I like that you don’t need it to run the range but you can use it if you want. It is cool that I can turn it on with the app and that it gives me alert for things like being done preheating. -safety! Having two children I love that the induction design won’t get hot without a pan on top. Things I would change: Not much. I have found that the oils from your fingers really shows where the buttons have been pressed. I have also noticed that the buttons have a bit of a lag time when using them. However, those things are minor. Overall, I love the range and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new one. I have never had an induction stove top before and now I never want to go back!
Beautiful range lacking service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful range. However I had purchased additional add-ons from Samsung for the range and had them send their installers to come out. There needs to be some additional training as they had issues with adjusting height of the unit to match the counters and also with the add-ons from Samsung (black stainless inserts and backsplash attachment). Other than that it looks great.
Good day, Thank you for sharing your insights about the skills of our installers. Rest assured that your input will be forwarded to our training team for improvement purposes. Should you need support in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us at www.Samsung.com or by calling 1-800-7267864 (1800-SAMSUNG). Have a great day. -John
Overall great cooking range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product looks great and works as expected, with utensils heating up quickly. I prefer mechanical knobs for control over digital buttons. The length is slightly longer, causing it to extend beyond the countertop. The only downside is that the heating surface is prone to scratches and marks.
Best oven I have owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven a few months now and me and my wife agree this has been the best oven we have ever had. The induction is absolutely amazing and the convection oven is fantastic. Water boils in about 2 minutes and stove top cooking is insanely fast. There is almost no heat on the stove top aside from the pan you are using which is major trip but great for us having a few kids. The wifi function isn't something that was make or break for us at all but we have had more use of it than we originally expected and has been really useful. The oven portion cooks wonderfully fast and even and the air fry feature has been fantastic. The box also preheats far quicker than any oven we have owned so far. I know our expectations have been exceeded with this unit.
