Awesome Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first Induction Range I have owned. It was very easy to learn and the cooking is amazing. The over Bakes, Air Fries, Warms. It also has a self cleaning oven feature which is outstanding. Yes, we did have to get new pots and pans that would work on the induction stove but that wasn't an issue at all. Very pleased with it overall and would recommend it to anyone.

Best Stove Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new stove. The flat top is the easiest ever to keep clean and prevent any damages or stains. I love all of the features and technology. It notifies my phone even when I'm away from home if my kids are cooking. Everything performs as described and the oven is big enough for me to use my largest cookware. I also loved the free cookware I got when purchasing it. It's also the best cookware I've ever used and I'll definitely be buying more of that brand.

First Induction Stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove works perfectly with precise temp control. So far, about 3 months of use the stove has exceeded our expectations. Cooktop heats up super-fast and is precise for cooking, only took a few times to figure out the best temp to cook, like eggs for example then it is the exact same every time. The Technology is great!! The Oven cooks perfectly as well.

Perfect pair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Purchase Decision ever! I had “high end Brand” kitchen Equipment before buying and giving a try to Samsung for the kitchen. I was hesitating on buying equipment that I know is already great for TV, with the misconception that such good brand could not be good at every appliance. Not only I bought the stove, but the Smart Exhaust Hood too, to connect to it. I’m in love w/ the easy of cleaning, how fast I can cook and no smell at all around my house.

Terrific looking stove / oven. Difficult to use

And with it does not provide details on how to use it. I look forward to understanding how to use it and hope it lives up to my expectations.

Stopped working right after 12 mo warranty

Since owning this range, the right front stove top burner has always been a lot hotter than the others, and wouldn't you guess it, almost exactly 12 months later it stops working, it says it's on but doesn't get hot. So I guess I'm stuck with getting it fixed.

DON’T BUY - Cooks Too Hot - Doesn’t have low setti

DON’T BUY. Induction top works terrible. Everything cooks too high. 3 will burn your burgers even 2 does. Can’t cook sauces they boil on 2. Milk sauces are history like Mac cheese sauce. 1 doesn’t do anything doesn’t keep good warm even. Have to constantly toggle between setting just to try to get it to cook correctly and that doesn’t work. Needs 2 large and 2 small burners. Cook settings bar needs to be on the side. Often times temp will change if clothing touches or you set a pan on top out of oven. Boils fast but cooking pasta takes longer than on a electric stove top. I’ll never be able to make candies or caramel on it because it cooks way too hot …even at 2 which brings every sauce I’ve cooked so far to a boil. I’m ready to claim lemon law and return from company I bought from because it’s obvious that Samsung didn’t test the stovetop with people that actually cook everyday and all kinds of different foods. I have an original induction cook top that is it’s own seperate burner you plug into wall for one pan and you have a dial to pick the exact temperature you want. THAT is how Samsung should have this stovetop. You pick the heat you want to cook at…NOT 1-9 with no choice for in between. But doesn’t matter because 2-5 ALL cook way too hot and there is absolutely no low. EVERYTHING cooks too hot. Hamburgers burn in 2 and 3. Super super unhappy. Again I say DON’T BUY. Oven works ok but racks fit so snug that is I have a heavier item like stew I have to pull and pull…it’s dangerous. To put in I have to smack my hand in my mit multiple times to get it in. Super disillusioned with this stove.

Worst range continuous issues with error code CF0

Bespoke range lives up to all the poor reviews regarding the CF0 error. I have had the panels changed and that didn't fix the issue. I haven't been able to use this range since purchase in March. I have been told that Samsung is aware of the panel issue. Why are you still selling this range? Unbelievable!! Highly disappointed. I now have to wait for another call from Samsung. Inconvenience frustration and unacceptable. I expected better from Samsung!
