[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove works perfectly with precise temp control. So far, about 3 months of use the stove has exceeded our expectations. Cooktop heats up super-fast and is precise for cooking, only took a few times to figure out the best temp to cook, like eggs for example then it is the exact same every time. The Technology is great!! The Oven cooks perfectly as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction stove with air fry / convection oven makes cooking fast and delivers excellent outcomes. The cooktop heats food so quickly that it is done before you know it. On lower heat settings it keeps food warm without burning it. The oven also heats up quickly and then bakes / fries / broils food evenly throughout. Baked goods such as cakes and pastries especially benefit from the even cooking which helps prevent outside charring while delivering perfect interior consistency. The one thing I would change on this range is greater contrast on the controls which can be difficult to see without direct bright lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range works well. The induction top is a bit weird getting used to and makes some clicking when the magnet is engaged sometimes. Also does not always heat the entire large surface area of a bigger pan on the large induction ring. Also the fact that you have to turn the oven on to turn off the oven light is annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new Samsung range with the induction cooktop. We LOVE it!! The cooktop heats up so much quicker than our old electric cooktop. The cooking surface cooks wonderful, and cleanup is so easy. The oven has so many different and useful features, by far this is the best range/cooktop we have ever used.

I love all of the features and technology. It notifies my phone even when I'm away from home if my kids are cooking. Everything performs as described and the oven is big enough for me to use my largest cookware. I also loved the free cookware I got when purchasing it. It's also the best cookware I've ever used and I'll definitely be buying more of that brand.

And with it does not provide details on how to use it. I look forward to understanding how to use it and hope it lives up to my expectations.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! My mom has been trying to get her stove fixed or exchanged because it has been making this horrible loud sound to the point that it hurts our ears. We have had guest that cannot stand the sound when the stove turns on to cook. She has had technical support come out to check it out but of course like always it never makes the sound when they come! My mom, dad, brother, aunt, and husband have recorded the sound to send to her to help with her case and they are always giving my mom hopes that about it. Well here we are 5 months later and still the same bull crap. They keep closing her case and do not want to change the stove, or give her money back. This is a horrible company! Mind you my mom has the 2 year warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Range, oven, and easy transition from gas cooking to induction. The instantaneous change in heat with the tap of the controls is fun to watch and use. It is so much easier to keep sparkling clean, and I mean both the cooktop and the oven. We've synched the range with the microwave light and fan through the Smart Things app, so that lights and fans go on when needed and off when done. It was great to be able to use the built-in test of our "legacy" pots and pans for induction compatibility. The only suggestions I would have for future design, are a more continuous range of low heat settings, rather than discrete numbers from 1 to 9. Depending on the pot or pan and how full it is, sometimes "3" is too much of a boil or simmer, and "2" is too little. Or "2" is too much, and "1" is too little. And visually, sometimes it's hard to tell if the pot is centered over the cooktop area without lifting the pot to check.
