The battery on my 2011 Ford Explorer gave out today. Pulled it out and it was this same battery. The date sticker was 4/18! Well beyond the 3 year warranty. You can believe it that I just bought another one to replace it. It's a great battery at a great price.

I have owned this battery for slightly over six years without the first problem. Sams installed it at their Virginia Beach, Virginia location and I've been driving around trouble free. I have maintained my electrical system, having my alternator rebuilt by Browning once there was miles on the car ahead of waiting for it to fail, checked and cleaned wiring connections along with routine terminal maintenance and checking with a meter occasionally. I think a lot of times people blame a new battery when it is lack of maintaining their electrical system and terminals/wiring connections. Based on my experiences with this battery I would buy it again.

I bought a Group 65 Duracell from Sam's Club 10 years ago for my pick-up truck. It's not showing any signs of failing but I'm going to replace it as I think I'm on borrowed time. I know this is unusual. It's the longest a battery has ever lasted for me. I know past results can't guarantee the future. : - )

Duracell batteries are ExCELLENT in your vehicle.Don't listen to the 3, 2 or 1 star reviews. East Penn Co. makes them as well as the brand, Deka. When you hear a 'diesel', (ohhhhhh), owner complaining how BOTH his Duracell batteries died at the same time, just know he probably shouldn't own a diesel. He should switch to electric because he doesn't know squat about diesel engines. I'm going to say this one time, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH DURACELL AUTO BATTERIES. (I do not now nor have I ever worked for East Penn, Duracell or any of the Sam's owned entities.)

I have had 2 of these in my 06 Dodge Ram 2500 for 6 months now and have no complaints. My factory batteries died without warning. I had already researched batteries and knew Sam's had the best price and from my research these batteries are made by the same company that produces many other quality batteries. So far I have no complaints. They start my truck much quicker than the OEM ones did prior to their death.

Replaced the battery in my F-150 today. New one is GREAT, of course. The battery it replaced lasted 5 years, this exact same Duracell battery from Sam's, which I think is good enough for 4 stars. The old one was just on the cusp on needing to be replaced, engine turnover by the starter was slowing /10V briefly, and just under 12.4V as soon as the truck wasn't running. I'd rather not be stranded, carrying around jumper cables, or straining my alternator as the battery was aging.

Just chg'd the oil on a 2018 Explorer. Noticed the date on the battery 20211017. I always put a label on it when replaced. it has exceeded the 3yr warranty, Orig batt lasted 3 yrs. no issues going strong. Dec 2025, I fig 1st sign, we'll replace it. put a jumper in the car, just in case. Duracell 65 series, guess we got a good 1 after seeing the bad reviews.

Installed just like the OEM in my 2013 Ford Edge, I'm READY for winter!
