picked this upon curbside, had no idea it needed to be kept refrigerated BEFORE opening. salsa is kept on a regular shelf normally and only needs refrigerating AFTER opening.

SO GOOD! I have to try to not eat half the jar in one sitting. Delicious with corn chips, would be yummy poured over cream cheese for a dip, on tacos, or even as a sauce to smother a burrito. Perfect consistancy, not too thick, not too thin. A little spicy but not overbearing. The fire- roasted tomato and green chili flavors really shine through.

I bought this salsa last week and it was not bad, but not the best. It had a very smokey onion flavor. I like the onion flavor, I just could have gone without the smokey flavor. I don't think I'll buy this again. If you like the smokey flavor then this is definitely your type of Salsa

We are kind of salsa snobs and we really enjoyed this one! It is similar to what you would find at a Tex-Mex restaurant, so if you’re looking for salsa that is similar to authentic salsa, this one isn’t for you. The smoky flavor isn’t overwhelming and it has a bit of a kick to it! Overall, I would definitely recommend and purchase again.
