It has a nice smokey/roasted flavor and rather perfect consistency, the smokey flavor lingers on though. I’d say rather great taste, good price and quality. Gotta add, tastes not exactly like a ‘Cantina’ salsa, but very close - excellent for a store-bought version.

SO GOOD! I have to try to not eat half the jar in one sitting. Delicious with corn chips, would be yummy poured over cream cheese for a dip, on tacos, or even as a sauce to smother a burrito. Perfect consistancy, not too thick, not too thin. A little spicy but not overbearing. The fire- roasted tomato and green chili flavors really shine through.

After reading the ingredients I had to buy this salsa: roasted hatch green chilies, caramelized onions, chipotle pepper powder, yes please! Sadly disappointed. The closest this is to cantina style is that it's blended and not chunky. It would be more accurate if called Tomato Paste Style Salsa. Dip a chip into it vertically and it comes out with a thick paste clinging to both sides. Flavor: Mediocre, does seem heavy on the cumin as noted by other reviewer. Could possibly salvage this product if used as a Southwest tomato sauce.

Great flavor, spicy and not too chunky like other salsas.

This is very good salsa and also pretty good soup. If you eat this as tomato soup, it is costly.

Wasn’t for me. Taste was off.

Need the hot more than Medium.

I didn't like the flavor of this at all and it's also too hot for me.
