The handle (top half) does not fit securely in the other part of the steam mop. I can only slide it to wear I want it to go carefully.

This steamer does not deliver actual steam, only heat really. Most steamers have a trigger you can pull to deliver the moisture along with the steam, but all this steamer really does is heat the floor up. It doesn't really steam or clean, kind of just makes the floor hot. Will be returning.

I am very pleased with this product.  It is a great machine.  I love the scent pad which is provided. It is quiet and steam cleans my floor and carpet perfectly.  Thank you for this product Bissell!! I love it.
