This works very well and it's nice not using chemical cleaners. Not many instructions, but simple to operate. Just note that you can't set steam level until the top light stops blinking.

This steamer does not deliver actual steam, only heat really. Most steamers have a trigger you can pull to deliver the moisture along with the steam, but all this steamer really does is heat the floor up. It doesn't really steam or clean, kind of just makes the floor hot. Will be returning.
