[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the steam cleaner on my kitchen floor which has Mexican tile. It did a fantastic job and has a fresh non-chemical scent. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish it was cordless.

I love this mop!!! So easy to use and it cleans beautifully!!! I love the levels of steam and the removable pads that are washable to reuse. I just bought one for my mom for Christmas. She was loving mine.

I use the steam Mop everyday . It's very light, easy to use and it stands up right by itself. It's just hard for me to take the water container out. I use the other attachment to steam clean the kitchen surfaces too.

I use the steam mop on my laminated floors, granite floors as well as my hard wood floors. It does a great job on all of them. It is easy to use as well. I like the swivel action of the mop; easy to maneuver.
