[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how the steam mop preforms on our tile, but not on wood. No matter what I do, I leaves white spots on the wood. Has also left them on some tile. I don't think I would buy again.

This is a replacement from the one I had previously, which is a similar model. The previous steamer handle broke but the it still worked. Bissell products are the best.
