I just used it on my tile floor. At first I couldn't figure out how to keep the brush down. You have to tip the steamer forward to push down to lock the brush. Easy to use, floors came clean. Wish the water dispenser was easier to lift up.

This is a replacement from the one I had previously, which is a similar model. The previous steamer handle broke but the it still worked. Bissell products are the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before using the product I sweep and vacuum the floors and the steam mop gets all the extra fine dirt. The steam pressure could be more but all in all, not too bad!
