This is a FANTASTIC PRODUCT..... it is light weight..... Easy to use. and does a Super job of Steam cleaning the Floor. It puts forth a lot of steam and the Floor dries quickly. I recommend this product Highly !!!!!!

So much easier than carrying a mop and bucket up and down stairs. I love how the steam cleans and evaporates quickly with no streak marks. I like that I can throw the mop heads in the washer for a good clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so lightweight and handy. It really makes my tile shine and the laminate is not dull looking. The laminate does not look like it has a film over it. It really shines. I love it!!

It's lighter and does a great job, but it doesn't have a grip for the left hand. It's a big improvement over the old one. Haven't used the scrubber yet but I'll need it and I hope it works.
